• 1. SCOPE

By way of the Platform, this website is inter alia engaged in the business of providing to its customers including you, end to end stored value card solutions by managing gift card, prepaid card and loyalty programs and facilitating distribution of gift and prepaid cards through various channels (collectively “Services”); For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “we”, “our” and “us” shall mean this website and “you” and “your” shall mean any visitor to and user of the Platform or any beneficiary/ recipient of the gift cards distributed on the Platform. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to, the Terms of Use.
